Refund policy.
If a manual didn't help you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you. No interrogation, no forms, no "tell us why." We don't want money from someone who didn't get value.
Refunds process back to the original card within 3–5 business days via Stripe. Your download access is revoked at the same time.
Email hello@thestrledger.com with your order number to start. That's the whole process.

A note on bundles
Bundle refunds are all-or-nothing — you can't keep three manuals and refund two. If you only want a partial refund on the 5-manual bundle, we'll refund the full bundle and you can re-buy individual manuals at list price. Once you've downloaded 3 or more of the included manuals, the bundle is non-refundable but we'll still help if the issue is technical.
A note on download links
Your download link is HMAC-signed and expires 24 hours after issuance. If your link expires before you download, email us — we'll send a fresh one. That's a delivery issue, not a refundable one.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank without contacting us first, account access is suspended pending review. Email is faster and easier than a chargeback — and we approve all reasonable refund requests within the 14-day window.
